Y’all brought the purr-fect cattitudes to Kitty Bingo 2022! We loved seeing all the cat ears, the face paint, the cosplaying, and the excitement to support the TNR mission of Bastrop C.A.T.S.!
We started planning the November Kitty Bingo back in June, and after months and months of refining the details; ordering supplies, t-shirts, custom-made signs and banners; hustling prizes and desserts, The Bastrop C.A.T.S. Team pulled off the most successful Kitty Bingo ever! Thank you for making it PAW-some!!
The response from the Bastrop community was abundant! Local and Austin businesses, individuals, clubs, and groups all contributed with an outpouring of fabulous prizes and donations. With their generosity, the bingo prize baskets, raffle winnings, and silent auction items were such a draw that we sold out of tickets!
On this cold and drizzly November night, we were warmed by hot chili and enjoyed delicious desserts. And then, players grabbed their dotters, and the games began! Each round of bingo had multiple winners– and lots and lots of prizes handed out to lucky winners.
And then there were even more winners when raffle tickets and highest bids in the silent auction were announced. ME-OW! Y’all blew us away with your generosity! Thank you!
A big meow of appreciation and thanks goes out to all our volunteers, especially the Kitty Queens, Kitty Bingo Donation Squad, Nola and the Girl Scouts, plus new volunteers that choose to join us for the first time.
