One hot summer night in July, we had a “Consuelabration!”
What is a Consuelabration? It’s a celebration of women who have been nominated by her community because of the positive impact she has had on their lives. The fashion and lifestyle brand, Consuela, which has storefronts in Smithville and Austin, is the brains behind it.
And who were we “Consuelabrating”? Martha Granger, TNR Coordinator Queen! And now a “Viva Babe,” according to Consuela!
Martha was recognized as part of Consuela’s It’s Not About the Bag program, which aims to uplift, celebrate, and recognize the profound effect women have in their communities. Their mission is to inspire individuals to find joy in their journey.
The celebration was a total surprise for Martha, with friends, volunteers, yummy charcuterie boards, and wine! A fun time was had by all who attended.
Congratulations, Martha! We appreciate so much all that you do to keep our TNR schedule, volunteer trappers, and “clients” organized! The TNR Program is well run because of YOU!
