Almost two months ago, the Bastrop Animal Shelter took in scrawny, suffering, ringworm-inflicted kittens. It was the worst case of ringworm many of the staff and volunteers had seen– plus they were suffering from coccidia, ear mites, and other medical issues. These kittens needed immediate help.
The shelter called upon their dedicated network of resources and volunteers, including Bastrop CATS. We got these kittens the specialized medical care they needed, as well as placed with dedicated fosters who gave them daily care.
Finally, they are nearly ready for adoption! This is the difference a dedicated staff, volunteer, and foster network can make. This is the difference YOU make!
Fosters are miracle workers. These babies look fabulous! Great job!!
