Please be patient with us, we are all volunteers. We ask that you allow up to 3 business days for a response. If you have not received a response, please try us again as we may have missed the communication.

Since we are all volunteers and do not have a physical location, we do not have a business phone number to provide.

This form is NOT the best way to get help in an emergency. If you have found an injured or sick animal, please contact the Bastrop Shelter during regular business hours (7 days a week 9am-4pm) or the local police/sheriff’s department to report the animal found. You will need to have the animal contained and or stay with the animal for a responding officer. If you can safely handle the animal and contain it, and take it in person, that is the fastest way to get it the attention it needs.
