Last weekend, Bastrop C.A.T.S. had the opportunity to participate in the Animal Balance Community Cat Clinic.
Presented by Shadow Cats and the Juried Family Foundation, over the two day period, a total of 197 cats were sterilized, vaccinated, dewormed, and treated for fleas! Of those 197 cats, 37 cats were from Bastrop county.
Over the course of several days, about a dozen of our hard-working volunteers trapped and transported those 37 cats to the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter, where the clinic was held.
What a fabulous opportunity for Central Texas cats and their caregivers!
Bastrop C.A.T.S. is now well over 1,000 cats through our TNR program in 2023!
WE TRULY APPRECIATE all the volunteers, techs, trappers, and drivers who worked together as a team to get 197 cats TNR!
